HRMLDPSK has comprehensive membership program tailored specifically for HR professionals in Kenya. This society serves as a platform for HR practitioners to network, exchange ideas, and access resources vital for their professional growth & development.
Membership Levels
Associate Membership
i. Any student aspiring to become a HRP who is in a tertiary institution pursuing such courses leading to any Certification, Diploma, or degree in Human Resource Management.
ii. Interns and other apprentices in the area of Human Resources Management within the HR Industry.
iii. Any person with responsibility of people management but not a HR practitioner such as administrator in an institution.
Ordinary Member
This is open to all registered members of the Society of Human Resource Management, Learning & Development who are actively involved in people management in various organizations with less than five years of practice.
Full Member
This shall be open for those who have been in the practice for over five years and are actively involved in the management of people functions in their organizations.
Honorary Membership
Members of the Secretariat shall be Honorary Members of the Society during their active tenure in office. This member shall not vote for themselves.
Fellow
This is the highest level of membership. It will be awarded to member who has rendered outstanding service to the HR, Learning and Development Profession. The Leadership of the Society shall propose to members . The person must have served in the HR, Learning & Development for at least 15 years with no criminal and questionable background.
